We cannot accept any changes to the name, date of birth, or gender that would make the person appear as a different individual.
*Even if the person is a family member or a minor, this will not be permitted as an exception.
Can I change my registration information later?
Please register separately with the information of the person who will actually be using the service (name, date of birth, gender).
* Email addresses cannot be shared even among family members.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations of membership even if you registered with incorrect information.
Please note that membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
