Important information regarding ticket sales

Regarding applications
  • • The eligibility requirements vary for each pre-sale. Please be sure to check the eligibility requirements before applying.
  • • For each pre-sale, "Each person may apply only once per performance, with a maximum of 4 tickets per performance." You can enter once for each performance.
  • ・For this performance, each person will need one ticket to enter. If you apply for two or more tickets, please be sure to distribute the tickets to your companions. Please note that the ticket you applied for cannot be distributed or transferred to anyone else.
  • - With a single application, you can select up to two preferred seat types (1st choice and 2nd choice, optional) for each performance. You will not be selected for the same performance on the same date and time.
  • ・Please ensure that your companions also have smartphones that meet the recommended specifications for the "Lawson Ticket e-ticket app".
  • - Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalidated.
  • Even if you win/purchase multiple tickets, entry will be refused to anyone other than the ticket holder (the name displayed on the ticket). Furthermore, no changes to information, cancellation of tickets, refunds, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

About electronic tickets

  • ・In order to receive your electronic ticket, both the applicant and accompanying person must install the [Lawson Ticket Electronic Ticket App].
  • Electronic tickets will be available approximately one week before each performance date. They will automatically appear on the app once the display start date arrives. Please check each ticket page for details. (Seat assignments will be displayed the day before the performance.)
  • If a companion under 18 years old does not have a smartphone, their ticket will be displayed on the applicant's device, and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Identity verification may be conducted on the day of the event, so please bring a valid form of identification.
  • If you arrive without having distributed your tickets, you may experience delays in entering the venue. Please ensure you distribute and receive your tickets before arriving.
  • If you are unable to participate due to unavoidable circumstances, please use the official trade system.
Admission procedures/Identity verification
  • - The applicant's name will be displayed on the ticket, and we may ask for identification of attendees (applicant and accompanying persons) upon entry at each venue. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.

  • The name you register on the application page will be displayed on your ticket. Only the person registered at the time of application will be admitted. No changes will be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Please be careful to avoid any mistakes or omissions when applying.
  • ・Name changes are not permitted after application. If your surname registered with the official fan club changes due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the fan club with details of the change. *Please bring identification showing your new surname on the day of the performance.
Other Notes
  • ・All ticket pre-sales will be conducted by lottery. They are not first-come, first-served, so please check the performance notes during the application period and apply carefully to avoid any mistakes. After the application period ends, a strict lottery will be held among all applicants to determine the winners.
  • ・Due to high traffic, it may be difficult to connect to the website immediately after registration opens and just before registration closes. Please allow ample time in advance to complete the application process.
  • ・Various pre-sales allow you to reserve tickets before general release. Please note that the number of reservations is limited and all will be determined by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that you will win or be assigned good seats.

General precautions

Regarding resale and transfer
  • Tickets purchased through this service may not be resold to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Providing or transferring tickets to a third party for the purpose of resale is also prohibited. Furthermore, purchasing tickets with the intention of reselling them is strictly prohibited.
  • Resale activities include listing and winning bids on auctions, buying and selling on the internet, selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and other unscrupulous third parties.
  • If it is discovered that tickets are being offered for sale at auction or resold at inflated prices, both the seller and the buyer will be denied entry. In addition, if resale is confirmed, we may verify the identity of the person holding the relevant seat on the day of the performance. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
  • The tickets (performance admission tickets) sold at the reception for this performance are "specified performance admission tickets," and it is prohibited to transfer them for a fee at a price exceeding the price set by the promoter without permission from the organizer.
  • The organizers will not be held responsible for any problems arising from the resale or transfer of tickets, under any circumstances.

  • If you are unable to display your ticket due to not having a smartphone or due to registration issues, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
  • ・We cannot offer refunds or other compensation if you are unable to enter the venue.
  • • On the day of the performance, baggage checks will be conducted upon entry to enhance safety within the venue. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • • Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with recording capabilities, recorders, video and other recording equipment) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited. We cannot store your belongings inside the venue, so please leave your suitcases and other luggage in nearby coin lockers beforehand and bring as little luggage as possible with you.
  • If any prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of the staff. You will be allowed to enter once it has been confirmed that you do not have any prohibited items.
  • There are no cloakrooms or other facilities available at the venue to store your belongings. Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings and valuables. The organizers will not be held liable for any theft, loss, or other damages.
  • During the performance, please remain in your seat, either standing or seated. Leaving your seat, running forward, leaning forward, or any other actions that bring you too close to other audience members are prohibited.
  • - Moving or exchanging seats unnecessarily during the performance is prohibited, and please refrain from physical contact with other attendees or lending or borrowing items.
  • - Any gatherings, including those involving the trading of merchandise, are prohibited both inside and outside the venue.
  • If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please inform a nearby staff member immediately.
  • Please be aware that our staff may speak to visitors who appear to be unwell. Furthermore, please understand that we may refuse entry depending on your condition.
  • During the performance, eating and drinking are prohibited except for the purpose of hydration. Bringing in alcoholic beverages is not permitted, and drinking alcohol is prohibited.

Regarding recording, video recording, and photography
  • Bringing photographic or recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with shooting functions, recorders, video cameras, etc.) into the venue, taking photographs, recording videos, recording audio, or live streaming (live broadcasting of audio and video) using cameras, mobile phones, etc., inside the venue is strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of the artists.
  • Due to the frequent occurrence of unauthorized filming and recording using smartphones and binoculars with camera functions, if a smartphone is found sticking out of your bag or pocket during the performance, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars, staff may ask you to check. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and store it securely in your bag.
  • Please be aware that anyone found taking photos or making recordings will have their equipment confiscated and be asked to leave immediately. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.

  • We do not accept gifts, celebratory flowers, stand flowers, fan letters, etc. for the performers. If any of these arrive at the venue, we will have to decline them, so please understand in advance.
Prohibitions
  • We may refuse entry to anyone who falls under any of the following categories.
  • Anyone who fails to follow the instructions and requests, or anyone whose behavior is deemed to be a hindrance to safety, will be asked to leave the venue. Furthermore, if such behavior is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave immediately.
  • - Individuals under the influence of alcohol. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before coming to the venue, as it may raise your body temperature. Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is also prohibited.
Regarding the sale of merchandise and CDs, DVDs, etc.
  • Details regarding the sale of concert merchandise at the venue and online will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
  • ・When selling concert merchandise or other items at the venue, we will provide separate information regarding the sales area and other important details.
Regarding cheering goods and volunteer projects
  • Please be aware that using any material other than KO1KEYZ 's promotional advertisements (such as photos released on the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, or photos secretly taken at performances or other locations where photography is not permitted) to create merchandise and sell or distribute it to the general public constitutes an infringement of the artist's right to privacy, regardless of whether the seller makes a profit or not. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to protect the artist's image.
  • ・Bringing in any cheering goods other than official KO1KEYZ merchandise is prohibited.
  • However, the following items are permitted even if they are not official merchandise:

    • Items you can bring

    ・Slogan *Within the official fan size: Approximately H295 x H420 (mm)
    • Commercially available penlights (up to 30cm in length, limit of 2 per person)

    Items that cannot be used or brought in

    ■ Penlights with extremely high brightness, linked penlights, homemade penlights, modified penlights, etc.

    ■ Laser pointers, especially those with extremely high brightness or excessively strong light.

    ■ Chemical lights, glow sticks (the type that lights up when bent)

    ■ Slogans using materials other than KO1KEYZ 's promotional advertisements (characters, photos released on the official website/fan club, photos used in magazines, photos secretly taken at performances or other locations where photography is not permitted, etc.), fans, boards, sketchbooks larger than the official size, and other unofficial merchandise (regardless of size), etc.

  • During performances, cheering goods (penlights, fans, etc.) are prohibited if they are too high or too large to obstruct the view of the performance or other audience members, as well as any disruptive behavior.
  • ・When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above chest height.
  • - When using fans, slogans, etc., please do not extend them beyond your seat.
    *Please note that seat sizes may vary depending on the venue.
  • - If our staff determines that your actions are interfering with the performance or causing inconvenience to other customers, we reserve the right to refuse your use of the equipment.
  • - Decorations on official merchandise are permitted as long as they fit within the size of each product.
  • We cannot mediate, cooperate with, or support customers who contact us requesting permission to carry out projects organized by volunteers.
  • - The sale and distribution of unofficial merchandise using KO1KEYZ 's likeness or name is prohibited within the venue grounds and in nearby facilities and public places. Such activities will not be permitted under any circumstances.
  • ・If we discover any unauthorized sales or distribution, we will confiscate the goods in question and verify the identity of the person involved. If it is determined that the person is a fan club member, they will be expelled from the fan club and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, to prevent recurrence, we may take legal action against those engaging in unauthorized filming or recording without prior notice, as this constitutes an illegal act. Please refrain from such actions under any circumstances.
    Furthermore, as long as the number of people purchasing such unofficial products does not decrease, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial merchandise. We kindly ask for your understanding that this is an act that infringes on the rights of the artists.
Valid identification (all with photo/copies not accepted/valid within the expiration date)
  • *Copies are not permitted in any case. Please bring the original document that is still valid.

    • ■Please bring one item of identification with a photo of your face. The following are eligible:

    • *Please note that student IDs from individuals aged 19 or older will not be accepted, even if they include a photograph.
    • *Please note that photocopies, handwritten documents, expired documents, and documents that have been altered or otherwise made unusable will not be accepted as proof of identity.
    • * "Digital identification documents" displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number Card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as proof of identity.

    Using tampered or forged identification documents is a criminal offense.
