<Regarding resale and transfer>

• Applications made for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. Reselling any prize you win to a third party for any reason is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, providing prizes to a third party for the purpose of resale is also strictly prohibited.

If it is discovered that tickets are being offered for sale at auction or resold at inflated prices, both the seller and the buyer will be denied participation in the event, and will be prohibited from participating in or entering any future events related to KO1KEYZ. If you apply using an entry code obtained illegally, your application will be invalidated, and you will be prohibited from participating in any future events related to KO1KEYZ. Furthermore, the above applies not only to the seller (transferor) but also to the buyer (recipient) of entry codes, so please be very careful.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any troubles, fraud, or other incidents related to the transfer of the "KO1KEYZ" debut commemorative member individual talk session entry code.

<Regarding recording, video recording, and photography>

- Taking photographs, videos, audio recordings, or screenshots at the event venue or during the online talk session is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, copying, transferring, lending, or uploading recorded audio or video data to the internet or social media is also prohibited.

If any of the above actions are discovered, or if staff determine that recording or filming is possible, we may take measures such as deleting the data, forcibly ending the event, or removing the participant from the premises. The same measures will be taken if the start sound of recording or filming is detected.

If any prohibited behavior is confirmed, you may be prohibited from participating in future KO1KEYZ related events.

If staff determine that your behavior is dangerous or disruptive, you may be asked to leave or the event may be terminated. In such cases, no refunds will be given for purchased items.

If you notice any violations, please inform a nearby staff member to prevent any disputes between customers.

The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur due to failure to follow staff instructions.

<Other event precautions>

Please refrain from participating while smoking or drinking.

Please refrain from excessive face paint, as it makes it impossible to identify you. You may be asked to remove the paint on the spot, or your participation may be refused.

Please refrain from making excessive demands on the members. Depending on the content, we may decline your request, so please understand in advance.

・Participation on any given day is limited to the time slot allocated to each member by the organizer. We will not be able to accommodate requests outside of these times.

- If the conversation contains inappropriate language (such as slander against members, questions that cannot be answered, forcing poses or expressions, or acts that violate public order and morals), the staff reserves the right to terminate the conversation even if it is still in progress.

During the event, staff may touch your body or belongings to guide you. Please only apply if you understand and agree to this.

- When wearing name tags, nameplates, or other merchandise, only business card-sized (or palm-sized) pin badges that can be attached to clothing are permitted. Neck name tags, fans, and handwritten papers are prohibited. Depending on the item, staff may ask you to refrain from using it.

When participating in the event, please remove any devices that may be capable of recording, filming, or taking pictures (such as mobile phones, smartphones, watches, etc.).

- After the event has ended, neither the individual members nor any other members will be able to participate for any reason.

・Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue are the responsibility of each individual. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of changes to the performers or the program.

Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings and valuables. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft, loss, or other damages.

If you lose your winning email or forget any of the required items for entry listed in the winning email, you will not be admitted for any reason. We will not reissue the email.

Please be aware that we will be conducting baggage checks and body searches using metal detectors upon entry.

The organizers assume no responsibility for any accidents, theft, or other troubles caused by attendees inside or outside the venue. Furthermore, if an attendee causes an accident or injury to a third party through similar actions, the parties involved must resolve the issue themselves. The organizers will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving.

- Customers who engage in behavior that disturbs other customers inside or outside the venue, or who do not follow staff instructions, may be asked to leave. Please be sure to follow all other precautions clearly stated on KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL SITE / KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB.

Those who violate the above rules or fail to comply may be refused entry or asked to leave. Fan club members may have their fan club membership terminated. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be given for membership fees or annual dues.

・There is a possibility that a member may be suddenly absent due to illness or other reasons.

・Due to member absences or other unavoidable circumstances, the content of this fan event may be changed or the event may be canceled. In that case, there are no plans to reschedule. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds of products under any circumstances.

Please follow the instructions of the event staff regarding all aspects of the event's operation.
