Can I change my registered email address?

You can change your email address information yourself.

After logging in, please proceed from "Confirm/Change Member Information" in MY PAGE.

You will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Email Address Change" at the email address you changed.

The changes will be confirmed once you access the URL provided in the email within one hour.

<Caution>
Please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) when proceeding with the procedure.

- You cannot complete the procedure through the app.

- In-app browsers (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) are not guaranteed to work.

Accessing the site via various social media apps such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LINE may result in it not functioning correctly.

We do not recommend registering your iCloud address.
