You can change your registered address yourself.
After logging in, please proceed from "View/Change Member Information" in My Page.
* If you use the same Plus member ID to access other artist websites operated by "Fanplus," the changes will apply to all services.
<Caution>
Please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome) when proceeding with the procedure.
- You cannot complete the procedure through the app.
- In-app browsers (Yahoo! JAPAN app/Google app) are not guaranteed to work.
Accessing the site via various social media apps such as X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LINE may result in it not functioning correctly.

If you have moved, please update your address as soon as possible, as this may result in you not receiving your member benefits.
If you have a nameplate displayed, we will not be able to deliver the package if it does not match the registered name (addressee).
