If you use carrier billing and change your mobile carrier, your payment information will not be transferred.
Your account will be automatically canceled at the end of the month in which you changed your device.
✓ When changing contracts between SoftBank, Y!mobile, and LINEMO, monthly services will not be canceled.

Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which any changes were made to your contract.

Example: If you register using au Easy Payment

I canceled my au contract and switched to docomo on March 15th.
↓
I will cancel my membership at the end of March.
↓
au Easy Payment charges will apply up to the March usage period.

Please log in with the same ID the month after your account is automatically canceled.
Once your automatic cancellation is processed, you will be redirected to a page requesting payment of your monthly membership fee. Please complete the payment using your preferred method.
*Please note that it may take a few days (about a week) at the beginning of the month for your automatic cancellation to be reflected.
★The possibility of transferring your membership status depends on when you re-register.
<If you re-register within 30 days of canceling your membership>
You can resume using the service while retaining your membership status (membership start date) information.
<If more than 30 days have passed since your withdrawal>
Membership status (date of enrollment) information will not be carried over.
Since this is a new registration, your membership date information will be reset.

Even if you re-register within 30 days, if you use a different ID, it will be treated as a new registration.
The membership start date cannot be changed.

If you cancel your membership, your "Member Email Newsletter" setting will be deactivated.
After re-registering, please change your status to "Registered" in the "Newsletter Subscription Confirmation/Change" section of your My Page.
