If you use carrier billing and do not change your mobile carrier, your payments will generally continue.

Your login information (ID and password) remains unchanged, so you can continue to use the site as before.

★If your registered email address changes due to a device change

Please edit your registered information from the "View/Change Member Information" section on your My Page after logging in.

Please note that depending on your contract details, your payment information may not be carried over, and your membership may be terminated.

For more details, please check with your mobile carrier or store when you change your phone model.

Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month in which any changes were made to your contract.

Example: If you register using au Easy Payment

I canceled my au contract and switched to docomo on March 15th.

I will cancel my membership at the end of March.

au Easy Payment charges will apply up to the March usage period.

Please log in with the same ID the month after your account is automatically canceled.

At that time, you will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to pay the monthly membership fee, so please make the payment using your preferred method.

* If you re-register within 30 days of canceling your membership, you can resume using the service while retaining your membership status (start date).

* If more than 30 days have passed since you canceled your membership, or if you have used a different ID to complete the process, you will be considered to have registered as a new user.
